From our initial property evaluation we determine the most cost effective and efficient program to meet your particular needs.

We will prepare a suggested schedule of services for your consideration that is conveniently shown as daily, weekly, monthly Janitorial Duties, Periodical Tasks and available special services.

We will suggest how forward planning of periodical tasks and special services can protect your property and your investment.

Our written quotation will list comprehensive information for each service segment and include full details of our warranty and guarantee program.

Management 
From the top down we encourage a lead-by-example coordinated management style. Our management personnel are knowledgeable and experienced and provide guidance and assistance to our supervisors and their respective teams.

Team Supervisors
AAA team supervisors receive complete practical and theoretical training to make certain they can fully understand and evaluate their individual team's performance.

The team supervisor is required to carry out regular post-project inspections to ensure that designated tasks meet the strict criteria of our high quality control standards. If required, a team supervisor can be assigned to manage only one project.

Safety 
Every member of every team on every project is provided with regulatory Occupational Safety an Health Administration (OSHA) Information. Each individual, team supervisor and manager is instructed in all safety procedures relevant to the equipment and cleaning materials being used.
